Balcony ocean views. Medium sized studio apartment in the “Residencia” group, overlooking Playa Pelada from the top of the hill. The location gives you both cooling breezes and ocean view even from the ground floor.

Ideally suited for 1 or 2, there is a king size bed with orthopedic mattress and a full bath. The studio has a telephone for local calls only. The kitchen is fully equipped and meals can be enjoyed at the bar or on the terrace in front.

The pool, BBQ area, rancho with seating for dining, and the laundry room are shared by the six units of the Residencia group.

Within walking distance: LaGarta Lodge, Red Lion Sports Bar, La Luna, Olga’s, Pancho’s Market and Taverna, Monkey Quad Rentals, the fish market at Playa Pelada…..and Playa Pelada!!

Trucks with fruits/vegetables and baked goods come through the area each week. Car or ATV will allow for exploring and more shopping, but are not imperative for daily living. Due to the balcony, this apartment is not suitable for small kids. Pets and smoking inside is not permitted.

Weekly maid service is included, extra service is available for a fee. Rentals available for 1 night – or as long as you wish. Long term rentals gladly accepted. Prices are not guaranteed until confirmed by a rental contract.
