The house situated 30 meters above the Nosara River mouth (Boca de Nosara), has outstanding views of the river mouth, the whitewater ocean surf north to Ostional turtle preserve, the mountains and jungle. The proximity of the ocean, river and beach means that "world class" surfing, fishing and "beaching" are within five minutes by road or jungle trails.

The house has 2100 sq. ft. under roof, and the open floor plan is centered on a spacious great room - designed to take advantage of the views from almost every room. All floors are ceramic tile and there are ceiling fans thoughout. Air conditioning is in the master suite only.

The Master suite has double vanity, skylight, separate toilet room and walk-in closet. Sliding doors to the deck mean that you'll enjoy the view and the sounds of the surf from your bed. The other two bedrooms are at the opposite side of the house with separate shared bathroom. These bedrooms have a queen size futon and single beds, respectively. Both have sliding door access to the deck and pool. Direct satellite TV. Master and one other bedroom have AC.

Casa Flor Blanca is suitable for six. Maid service available. Located near Templo del Mar and Casa Vista Tranquila...rental of all houses would be ideal for the larger family group. Walk to Playa Pelada, the river mouth within 7 - 10 minutes. Walk to Rancho Suisso, Olga's, Pancho's within 10 - 15 minutes. Drive anywhere in the Bocas de Nosara area in 10 - 15 minutes
