The master bedroom has a custom made King size bed with a beautiful white Canopy, chase lounge for late night reading, and plenty of room for morning yoga. All jungle views from this room are spectacular. The master bedroom also has a large private balcony overlooking the pool as well as small foe balcony and plenty of natural lighting coming in through its 4 French doors and sky light.

Master bathroom has Jacuzzi bath tub surrounded by Italian imported travertine tiles. The bathtub overlooks the jungle through a large beautiful window and has his and her custom cabinet sinks. It also contains a large closet with custom shelves and lock off bodega with safe.

The living room is located on the second floor. It has a great sectional couch for relaxing, playing games with the kids or entertaining. The living room opens up to the heart of the home, a very functional and peaceful patio with a gorgeous infinity pool.

The second floor kitchen cannot get much better. There is "room to move around in". Create a culinary master piece in this kitchen with custom European cabinets, granite counter tops, built in top of the line stove with glass cook top, stainless steal microwave and refrigerator to match. This is the kitchen for you whether you are the gourmet cook or just like making pancakes for the kids in the morning.

There is a spacious second floor bedroom has a custom queen size Indonesia bed. There is beautiful hand carved art. This guest bedroom opens out to its own private balcony.

The kids second floor bedroom includes 2 custom made bunk beds with one full and 3 twin matresses. There is a row of cabinet cubby's for all the kids stuff and Television. This bedroom also has its own patio.

The shared second floor hall bathroom has a spacious shower, pedestal sink, elegant tile with a travertine wanes coating.

Enjoy the front patio, with its large covered area with ceiling fan, for your second dining room. It has a beautiful guanacaste table that seats eight. There is also a large section of the patio ideal for sun bathing or just lounging by the pool. The pool has a wonderful infinity edge with a waterfall feature and a waste high bench for cooling off on those hot days after a good surf session and day at the beach. This outside area is very secure with solid guanacaste door at top of stairs. Rinse off sand and cool off in one of the two outside showers, one located at the bottom of the stairs near the driveway and one at the top of the stairs by the pool. Prices subject to change.
