With windows on three sides and several fans, there are always cooling breezes.

Condo is on the middle level of the building with entrance on the ground floor, but the terracing of the property grants you a second floor balcony view. French doors opening onto the balcony offer a view of the swimming pool, the lush garden, and Playa Pelada.

The pool, BBQ area, rancho with seating for dining, and the laundry room are shared by the six units of the Residencia group.

Within walking distance: LaGarta Lodge, Red Lion Sports Bar, La Luna, Olga’s, Pancho’s Market and Taverna, Monkey Quad Rentals, the fish market at Playa Pelada…..and Playa Pelada!!

Trucks with fruits/vegetables and baked goods come through the area each week.

Car or ATV will allow for exploring and more shopping, but are not imperative for daily living.

Due to the balcony, this apartment is not suitable for small kids. Pets and smoking inside is not permitted.

Weekly maid service is included, extra service is available for a fee.

Rentals available for minimum 1 week. Long term gladly accepted.
