Wonderful views of the ocean and the river. Main House. The house overlooks the coast to the north, with a view over Rio de Nosara and Ostional Beach. It is within a five-minute walking distance through the forest to Playa Pelada, one of three of the "beaches of Nosara".

The 2-story house sleeps up to 6 people. Bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen on the top floor. Bedroom and full bathroom with separate entrance on the first floor. The house takes advantage of the sea breeze with a balcony overlooking the ocean waves to the north, a balcony off the upstairs bedroom overlooking the jungle canopy and a private, covered, open air terrace facing the pool on the first floor. AC in master bedroom and great room.

Privacy, peace and beauty. And the adventure of getting to know another culture and another country. Minimum stay is one week. You'll want to stay longer! Once a week maid service, pick up at the airport, if needed, and other arrangements necessary to make your visit a memorable and comfortable experience.

Tree House / Cabin. Maximum 2 people. Due to be complete April 1, 2006. The cabin is located on the lower part of the property - separate and private from the house. Has kitchenette and full bathroom with large covered balcony. It's a special retreat in the tree-tops. Very short walk to the beach. Long term available or can be included with the main house. If main house is rented, use of the pool in NOT included. If main house is not rented and/or you are guests of the main house, pool use is included.

Walk to Rancho Suizo, Pancho's Market and Restaurant, La Luna and LaGarta Lodge. Car or ATV necessary for trips to Nosara village. Prices subject to change.
