Outdoors, six apartments share the charcoal BBQ and rancho with more seating. The large kidney shaped pool, the lush garden and the laundry room are also shared by the six units of Residencia.

Trucks with fruits/vegetables and baked goods come through the area each week. Car or ATV will allow for exploring and more shopping, but are not imperative for daily living. Due to the balcony, this apartment is not suitable for small kids. Pets and smoking inside is not permitted.
