Reservation and Cancellation Policies
At your request, given availability, we will fax you a reservation form, which you must return via fax, filled in, dated and signed. A Visa card number is needed to confirm your reservation. In the event of a no-show or a cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival, a deposit of 50% of the amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card. Should you book a new stay within the year following your original stay, the deposit amount will be applied towards your new reservation. Any unused portion of the deposit is non-refundable.
