“Libertad” offers the best of penthouse living in Nosara. As part of the “Casa Banda” group, this two bedroom / two bathroom apartment offers fantastic sunset views along with view of the white waters of Playa Pelada and Playa Guiones.
Each bedroom has a king size bed with orthopedic mattress and a private full bathroom. The kitchen is equipped for fulltime living and meals can be enjoyed inside or on the balcony. Windows on all sides and plenty of fans keep things cool.

For your indoor enjoyment, there is a small but growing library and a music system with several CD’s and MP3’s. If you wish to stay in contact with the rest of the world, there is a telephone for local calls, and by Christmas 2009, WiFi, high speed internet connection will be available.

Outdoors, the six apartments of the complex share all the amenities: the custom built charcoal BBQ, the rancho with shaded seating, the kidney shaped pool which is the largest, privately owned pool in the area, the lounge chairs by the pool, and the very private and lush garden which is hidden from public view by tall walls and fencing. The laundry room with washer and dryer, free for your use, is also shared by the six units of Casa Banda.

With a lower age limit for guests of 14, changing to 18 years by the start of 2010, you can be sure that within the walls of “Casa Banda” you will have all the peace and quiet that nature allows you.

Within walking distance: LaGarta Lodge, La Luna, Olga’s, Pancho’s Market Surf Shop and Mexican Restaurant, Monkey Quad Rentals, the fish market at Playa Pelada…..and Playa Pelada!!

Trucks with fruits/vegetables and baked goods come through the area each week. Car or ATV will allow for exploring and more shopping, but are not imperative for daily living.

Smoking inside is not permitted, and pets are not allowed on the grounds.

Weekly maid service is included, extra service is available for a fee. Pool towels for use only on the property are provided. Please bring your own towels for the beach.

Prices are not guaranteed until confirmed by a rental contract.

Ask about discount when renting more than one unit or the entire complex.

• By PayPal, please add 3.5% for our fees.
• By credit card or eCheck via PayPal, please add 3.5 % for our fees.
  If a payment via the PayPal system originates outside the US, please add another 1% to rental fee +3.5% for the “border crossing fee”.
• By wire transfer to Costa Rica, please add $ 30 for bank fees in CR. Additionally, most banks in the US charge $ 40 to send an international wire.
